Shipping policy

All orders aim to be shipped within 24 to 48 hours of you placing the order using Australia Post, DHL, USPS, ePacket or other depending on your location and the fastest available service. 

Depending on the product, there may be a delay due to manufacturing the product. 

If an item is out of stock, the item will be shipped upon its immediate replenishment.

Typical delivery time frame is between 14 to 21 business days however, you may receive your items much earlier.

Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.
